Our Journey

A Mission to Serve Millions

Hot Million Indian Cuisine was established in 2015, located by the Sunridge Mall in Northeast Calgary. We were honored to be chosen as one of Calgary's top 20 restaurants in 2017.

Specializing in authentic East Indian cuisine, after being in the food industry for 30 years, we decided to use our expertise to serve the best livable city in the world. Using very authentic spices and top ingredients to fulfill our very authentic recipes.

We are often asked what the meaning of Hot Million is – it's actually a mission to serve hot food to millions of people. Our chefs from India have extensive experience associated with various 5-star establishments and many years of experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry.
